Juggernaut MMA Phase 1 - In camp program
The first phase of training camp, where the primary focus is on enhancement of strength endurance, strength speed, and eccentric strength with the inroduction of expolosive power and anaerobic conditioning. This will be a ramp up to intensity leading you into a deaload at 5 weeks out getting ready for phase 2 of training camp.
